HEP FIVE SOUNDは、空間と物語をつなぐ音声体験サービスです。観覧車や期間限定イベントなど、さまざまな空間体験に合わせて、スマートフォンから専用音声を再生。ただ"見る"だけではない、もうひとつの体験を届けます。

HEP FIVE SOUND is an audio experience service that connects spaces with stories. Play dedicated audio from your smartphone in sync with the Ferris wheel, limited-time events, and more. We deliver an experience that goes beyond just "seeing."

本サービスの音声技術は、クレプシードラ株式会社が提供するRe:Sense®（リセンス）によって実現されています。

The audio technology powering this service is provided by Clepseadra Inc. using Re:Sense® streaming technology.

各コンテンツページに表示されたQRコードをスマートフォンで読み取るか、URLに直接アクセスしてください。専用アプリのインストールは不要で、ブラウザからそのまま再生できます。観覧車乗車後、ゴンドラが動き始めたらスタートボタンを押してお楽しみください。 Scan the QR code shown on each content page with your smartphone, or go directly to the URL. No app installation needed — just play from your browser. Once the gondola starts moving, press the start button to begin.
音声ガイドは無料でご利用いただけます。観覧車へのご乗車には、別途乗車券のご購入が必要です。 The audio guide is free of charge. A separate ticket is required for the Ferris wheel ride.
必須ではありませんが、イヤホンの持参をおすすめします。スマートフォンのスピーカーでも再生できますが、周囲のお客様へのご配慮と、より没入感のある体験のため、イヤホンのご使用をお願いしています。 Earphones are not required, but we recommend bringing a pair. While playback via your smartphone's speaker is possible, earphones are encouraged out of consideration for other guests and for a more immersive experience.
観覧車に乗車し、ゴンドラが動き始めたタイミングでスタートボタンを押してください。コンテンツは観覧車の乗車時間（約15分）に合わせて設計されており、景色の変化と音声がほぼ連動するようになっています。 Press the start button as soon as the gondola begins to move. The content is designed to match the approximately 15-minute ride duration, with the audio timed to correspond with the changing scenery.
乗車前にコンテンツページを開いて音声を読み込んでおくと、途切れにくくなります。館内ではWi-Fiもご利用いただけます。通信状況によっては音声が途切れる場合がありますが、ページを再読み込みすることで再生を再開できます。 We recommend opening the content page and letting the audio load before boarding. Wi-Fi is also available in the building. If audio cuts out due to poor reception, reloading the page will resume playback.
